Sent us spam garbage to our house with a letter that looks handwritten but clearly is mass printed and NOT actually handwritten. Didn't even put a return address on the envelope so we could write on it, "return to sender". I see they have a location literally a couple of minutes from our home which is great because you will be receiving your garbage back when I drive by your place in my travels. Besides... soliciting in Shamong is illegal without a permit. We dont want your spam garbage. Never send us anything ever again for any reason. If we need our windows replaced for any reason, we will now purposely use another business with much higher ratings, btw, from our friends in Tabernacle because they don't spam us with garbage like you.

I find it deceptive that their marketing strategy involves sending mass-printed mail designed to look like a handwritten, signed note. This tactic is predatory, particularly older individuals who may have difficulty seeing or recognizing the difference.

They send you spam mail that looks like a real handwritten letter to get you to open it but it’s just a junk ad. Stop doing that.
