I've been using Rafael for many many years. As a single gal that owned a house in the Bay Area I was always in need of a good handy man at reasonable prices. Rafael started working with me over 15 years ago and would always be available to fix whatever it was that I needed. He always had a network if reliable people to use for specialized things that may have been necessary like floor refinishing, plaster, tile, ect. He has always been very reasonable with his pricing and never does the Atherton overbid game as soooo many do. Hes very reliable and honest. He's actually working with me now on my sons house in Atherton and we are doing a remodeling job room by room . It's looking fantastic!
