Sam came out and installed our holiday lights on all 3 stories of our home! He was pleasant, efficient and did a wonderful job! He explained what he was going to do and demonstrated everything after he completed the job. I highly recommend Renova Exteriors!
Joey and Isaia came over to install holiday lighting on the exterior of our house and on some trees. They were really professional, kind to my puppy, very organized and left the property tidier than when they got here. It was an excellent experience that helped set the mood for holiday cheer! I highly recommend them and the company.
We decided last minute to install lights this year and the entire Renova team was a pleasure to work with. We got a quote within 24hrs, and they were able to come out within a couple of days. Joey and Margaret (installation team) were incredibly nice, did quality work, and were happy to chat through lighting ideas for future years. Will 100% be using them next year!
Renova was recommended to us by friends for mountaing holiday lights and we were very happy with their work. Matt was great about following up and modifying our original online request. The staff that showed up was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely call on them again.
I don't usually post negative reviews years after the fact, but as I'm watching the morning sun illuminate my scratched windows I feel compelled to share my experience. Hopefully it spares someone else some anguish. We used Renova off and on since 2018 mostly without issue. Then in 2022 they sent a crew that blew all of our gutter and roof debris on our neighbors property — including their freshly washed cars. Renova offered to come clean up the mess, but the neighbors had already cleaned it up themselves before we even got home. That wasn't a fun conversation. We decided to give them a chance again in 2024 after assurances that they would keep the debris on our property. This time they sent a window washer who left long, perfectly straight vertical scratches on our picture windows. (It
