Rich has been doing work at my house and rental unit for over 10 years. I'm a widow and need someone to take care of my maintenance and larger projects. He completely rebuilt a huge patio cover, a walk in shower in my pool house and other big jobs to numerous to list. Done small jobs too. Some he didn't even charge for. He's honest, trustworthy and reliable. He's my go to for just about everything.

I have had Rich do a number of projects for me at 2 different homes. One was a custom built in dresser attached to a fireplace in the master suite, so the design had to flow. Rich's design was amazing and from the woodwork to the marble, the final product was truly a work of art. Rich also did a total renovation on a mobile home for us, designing a new floor plan, going down to the studs . Many things on this project had to be customized and designed on the spot. From the new kitchen and bathrooms, the outrageous walk in shower to the perfectly cut moldings, his attention to detail made the result an amazing new home. Rich does great work. He has done a wide array of projects for my family! We have hired him to do everything from an add-on to the house, an elaborate tree house, bathroom remodel to little plumbing fixes and general repairs. He's a jack of most trades he thinks things through and comes up with solutions. He foresees flaws in plans and pays attention to details. His pricing is fair and his communication is clear and he is honest. I've recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.

Rich just finished up a long list of work on our home and did a great job for all of it: electrical, gas, lighting, door/window hardware, etc. Highly recommend him for any home projects and repairs!

Unfortunately I did not use the service as there was no openings for months. However I did get a fast response and a referral for another handyman that may have a opening. I would definitely use this service in the future. they value the customers time even though they couldn't take the job at the time.
