Dorian is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He explains everything and is sincere in wanting to make everything right. He goes the extra mile. Debbie, who does the scheduling, is responsive and personable. I would definitely recommend Updated 7/31/2025: once again, Dorian came through for us, this time fixing our Bosch dishwasher. He came as scheduled, looked it over, explained everything, then went around to fixing it on the spot. Debbie get me apprised of his ETA up to the point of his arrival. Great job all around again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Repair by Dorian. Scheduling was easy; both Debbie and Dorian were very responsive and communicated estimated arrival times. Dorian was ultra professional; he brought his own booties (made my day) and explained exactly what was wrong with the oven and what was required to fix it. His honesty was a breath of fresh air, as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. When he was finished with the job, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been working in the kitchen!
