I called for general information and to book a plumbing repair. The woman on the phone was useless. She does not even give her first name on the telephone! When I finally got it, I could not even understand how to spell it. She did not understand proper English. Since she could not and did not know the answers to my questions she got a attitude and asked me why I had questions? What kind of impression is this woman leaving on potential new customers! I said forget it and used another company that understood and KNEW THE ANSWERS to my normal questions! Imagine doing business with a company like this! Stay away!
