Garbage is garbage, so when it comes down to it, it's about the people who you need in your camp to make sure the garbage goes away that counts the most. Our account has seen a huge turnaround since Lauren Davis became our rep, with timely contact and respond, tremendous respect and understanding for our company's very specific needs, and going above and beyond after hours and whenever necessary. Our driver has been outstanding, always friendly, always looking to serve us better. It has made getting garbage out of our business' mountaintop location so much easier -- and better. We use Republic for weekly dumpster service. Lauren Davis is our wonderful contact - she even returns messages on weekends, at sunrise! We have a very small lot and driver David negotiates the space with speed and care. When snow has messed up their usual schedule, David has even come to check on us and make sure it got done. Very grateful we can count on them.

Walker Machine and Foundry Corp. Over my 50 years we have used various services. Republic has done the best job. Customer Service is very responsive and has solved problems when they have occurred. There have been some twisty ones, too. The best part, what keeps me from occasionally checking around, is our rep for the past couple of years Lauren Davis. We all would agree that nothing beats performance with a customer service rep that sincerely cares. I wish we had employed more people like her.

The business I manage used Republic Services for our restaurant dumpster. We canceled service because they couldn't get our bill straight despite numerous phone calls from me. The thing wound up in collections because despite us having a zero balance they said we owed them $600. What a nightmare this has been to straighten out!! None of it on our part, 100% on their part. I wouldn't just not recommend this company but I would tell you to run quickly in the other direction.

Have had this service at property for about 3 months. Good drivers is about it. Paid our services as agreed and they have missed three pick ups and trash is everywhere to say the least. Not a good recipe when it’s in the 90’s outside folks! Tried to call customer service and it just says they are having technical issues. Customer service representative told my boss they would be here yesterday or first thing this morning. Still no dumpster trucks and well past first thing in the morning. Not sure why this company offers “solutions”... more like offering problems for trash removal. But I suppose that’s not a good marketing slogan.
