I understand the need to have safety lights, but having them active on Main roads blinding the driver behind is stupid, truck 1290.

Admittedly I had to go through a few branches of Republic Services to get to this location but once my local recycle rep, Matt Johnson, got in contact with me everything went very smooth. I own a small electrical company and needed a dumpster at my property to handle the increased trash I brought off job sites. I got bounced around for a few days and finally got a dumpster delivered. Unfortunately it took away my recycling service for my residential property (I operate out of my home). Matt talked with his company and was able to get my recycling back in place at an affordable price so that having my dumpster was still economical to my company. It may be something small but for my small company his time and willingness to follow-up made the process go smoothly for me and was much appreciat

Our initial experiences in trying to get additional service resulted in lots of conflicting information, frustrating run around and NO action. We were finally connected with Matt Johnson, Account Executive. After over 2 weeks of ineffective "customer service", Matt turned it all around. He provided prompt, effective, polite and real customer service and best of all Matt got results! I don't know how he accomplished so much when so many couldn't, but we are very appreciative. He is a terrific representative and a pleasure to work with!

I can only respond to the Commercial side of Republic in this area for Waste Removal. I must say that our agents are Awesome to work with regarding scheduling hauls and returns and even any new or temporary services that we may need. Completely accessible and very quick to respond. But, at the TOP of my list...they are extremely kind and personable. They really want to do what is best for our business. Sometimes, I really don't know what we would do without them!

I reached out in need of a dumpster rental. I got a call back within an hour looking for more details and again 30 minutes later saying my quote would be to me momentarily. From that point on working with Jim Axelson was Top Notch. Super responsive, ability to accommodate my last minute need, any questions I had and additional services offered. Cant thank him enough for his excellent service!
