Matt and Kandice both are wonderful to work with. Great communication and jobsite coordination from this homebuilding team. They use tried and true local contractors which is a huge benefit when scheduling work to be done in a timely manner.

RES was the contractor that we chose to build our dream home. It was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Our experience with RES contracting was PHENOMENAL and I would highly recommend them for anyone considering building a custom home. Matt always made the time to respond to emails/texts, answer phone calls and meet in person throughout the build. We received updates with every completed milestone. I've heard horror stories with builders going over budget. The RES team always had our budget and vision in mind with their product recommendations. When we decided to build our house in Prescott we set up appointments with several construction companies. RES was second on the schedule and after talking with them we were so impressed that we cancelled all subsequent appointments. Matt oversaw the building of our house. He took time to understand our needs and budget, recommended the architect and vendors, provided a fair and accurate estimate, and was prompt in obtaining city permits and approvals from the HOA and architectural committee.
