Residential Demolition of Orlando

Chris of Residential Demo , and his helper did a great job demoing our 1500sqft workshop garage. We are converting the building into a 2bed 2Bath home for our kids - Chris was great with communication, price fairness, lead time, punctuality, and they kept that up until the job was finished. I miscommunicated an area, which led to an extra day on site - Chris handled it gracefully and made it happen. I plan to use them again for the Concrete cutting work we need done on the same property. I definitely recommend Residential Demo Of Orlando for any services they offer. The photos don’t do the job justice - the garage was loaded with workshop cabinets, machinery, and heavy wood.

Chris did a great job demolishing a bathroom in my 1950s house. I was going to do it myself, but after realizing the walls contained reinforced concrete, I decided to hire someone who specialized in demolition. Chris came out the next weekday, got the extremely intense job done in just a little over a day, didn’t get dust everywhere, and had a fair price. He was also very friendly and even offered to help me carry some things unrelated to the demo job. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great demo contractor.

We hired Chris and his team to demo our primary bathroom. I can’t say enough good things about his responsiveness and timeliness. Called to remove a basketball hoop that the previous homeowner had installed in the ground. Chris came out the same week and took care of it quickly and professionally. The pole was cemented several feet into the ground and also filled with concrete but that didn't stop him! I've already recommended him to several people at my work and will go with him again for future projects.
