Restoration Operators - Westchester

I typically do not write reviews on google but I had such a good experience with this company that I wanted to share it with others. I had a flood in my house in Forest Hills, Queens and had extensive water damage. They helped remove the water and addressed the mold in my living room very quickly and efficiently I am no longer wheezing from the mold spores. The regional manager, Jose Samaneigo, addressed my concerns very quickly and was very reliable, empathetic, and methodical. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are the real deal. Showed up at my house when they said they would. I would have been lost without my project manager Carlos. He guided me through the whole process every step of the way and I dressed every one of my concerns. I hope I don't have another flood in my basement but what if I do? I'm calling the restoration operators! Executed the fundamentals flawlessly.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. They were contracted to remove furniture from our home and create an inventory list. We made it clear that no cleaning was needed. We only needed the items taken out. Despite these instructions, they insisted on cleaning and told us not to worry. They subsequently charged an unreasonably high amount for it. To make matters worse, they billed us for tasks that were never performed. At no point did we receive an estimate or quote prior to the work being done, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable for any service-based business. We are still in the process of trying to get a clear response from the company regarding this situation. Unfortunately, because of the inflated charges, nearly 80% of our reimbursement funds were consumed,

In the unfortunate event of a flood, Restoration Operators of Westchester is the only name that does, or should come to mind. They are incredibly responsive and will not finish the job at your home, office, or facility until you are 100% satisfied. Zach, David, and Nikki are incredibly personable and knowledgeable, and they will make sure you are well taken care of. I am proud to be their chosen provider of storage solutions for their projects.

Restoration operators were hired to remove the standing water in my home after a flood. We then used the same company as our contractors to rebuild the house. Cole was our representative for water restoration and he was amazing. He was on point with everything and not one complain about him. Jose SAMANIEGO was then hired as a the project manager and he was excellent as well. He was very informative about what had to be done and took me step by step on what will happen in the home. Jorge was then the person in our home doing the work and he was amazing. His work is very neat and took his time doing everything i asked. Highly recommended.
