The owner Shareef rushed a dog to help who was a victim of severe smoke inhalation of a large house fire in Staten Island 1/12/26. He rushed the dog to our hospital on an oxygen tank where we were able to triage and refer to a veterinary emergency room where him and his partner rushed the unconscious dog. He provided an update on the dog, traveled back and forth from the emergency room to the owner to get consent forms filled out, etc and literally saved the dogs life along with his partner, none of which is required within their jobs but that they did out of the goodness of their hearts! Thank you to Shareef and his partner for caring and saving the dog’s life !

This is truly a 5 star company with great customer service! We had a house fire and the first person to guide us was Shareef, he went above and beyond to explain the process of EVERYTHING, not just the restoration part but the whole process and what to expect and what to look out for. No one else was available to help due to the holiday but he helped us and was by our side through the whole process. Shantee was very understanding and great at communicating via phone and text, showing us pictures of the progress that was going on. It was a pleasure to have Restoring Faith Restoration work at our home and a true blessing to have met Shantee and Shareef. Job well done!
