Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

I’ve used them for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. The owner Aaron is very professional over the phone and made sure to tell his employees my requests and address questions. The men who showed up for the cleanings were also very professional and on time. They made sure to call at least 30 minutes ahead of arrival. The carpet cleaner was able to get out all the tough stains. Their prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend this locally owned company.

Called Wilson Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning about have upholstery cleaned on 2 living room sets (2 of each.. sofa, love seat, chair & ottoman), after having a terrible time with a quote from Sears & their contractor (contractor wanted $100 more than Sears quotes). Spoke with Aaron, the owner & my first question was “do you do work for Sears?” He emphatically stated NO! I knew I was on the right track for getting my upholstery cleaned!! Told him what I wanted done, he quoted me a price (which was a bit lower than Sears’ contractor) but I could tell he cared about his business & the work they did! Had a great experience all around! I had two wool area rugs that needed cleaning. Most other wool carpet companies take the rugs out of your home for a week or so and charge a premium. My rugs were just not expensive enough to justify the cost of this, and so I was happy to find a company that could clean the rugs in-house. We got a great price for the job, and the two individuals we dealt with (the one who initially booked the job and the actual carpet cleaner) were professional, diligent, knowledgeable, punctual and just great all the way around. I especially appreciated the fact that the guy who cleaned our carpets wore booties in our house due to the fact it was pouring rain outside. I will gladly do business with them again and highly recommend!

The owner responded promptly to my email and worked with me to schedule a time convenient for me. The tech arrived within the one hour arrival window I was given and I received a call a few minutes prior to his arrival. He was a very nice guy and did a great job. The owner also stopped by. I’ve used this company before and will use them again. The owner said he would send a reminder when it’s time to clean the carpets again, which is helpful.
