My daughter needed a deep cleaning of her house done before moving in, and had only one day to do it. The cleaners we originally scheduled for January 2nd, cancelled the day before (on New Year’s Day). We didn’t think we’d find anyone to even answer the phone, much less be available, but Darwin called me back, squeezed us in, and saved the day! Plus he stayed in communication, and they did a great job with the cleaning. Highly recommend!!

Darwin was such a pleasure to work with! I’m a Rutgers student and moved into off campus housing. The house was in horrible condition in the beginning, glass and dirt everywhere. And it looked spotless after they finished. The house took much more time than they had anticipated, and Darwin worked with me to find a solution for them to come finish the following day and really went above and beyond in communicating with me and keeping me up to date.

I booked this cleaning service a week in advance to prepare my apartment for move-out. I showed up 10 minutes early, but 20 minutes after the scheduled time, there was still no sign of anyone—and no communication. I had to call them myself, and only then was I told they couldn't make it due to a "flat tire." It felt like a generic excuse made up on the spot, especially since they never reached out to let me know something had happened. I explained that I no longer lived at the apartment, had taken time off work, and driven a long distance just to be there. I even offered to wait a few hours, but they insisted I reschedule for the next day. I couldn’t trust them at that point, so I had to find someone else last-minute, take another day off, and drive back out again. Extremely unprofessiona

W Galaxy Cleaning performed a move-in cleaning service for my apartment. Darwin is friendly, excellent with communication and went above and beyond to help me get my apartment cleaned. He helped me take down old shower doors and gave me a rundown on the maintenance I had to do in the apartment as well. The cleaners were professional and thorough as well. They cleaned any nooks and crannies that I requested and went through the list of items I wanted done. The best part of all was their incredibly reasonable pricing. Out of all the cleaning services in New Brunswick, W Galaxy Cleaning was the cheapest, quickest and most flexible. I highly recommend you to use them if you are considering getting your house or commercial space cleaned. They are the best! You will have 0 regrets.
