RestorU

RestorU was excellent. A couple months after my father passed away, the house was vacant and most of the contents were still inside. A major plumbing failure in the main bath pumped water at full city pressure for possibly up to a week straight. Once I got the main shut off, called RestorU (on a Sunday) and Andy was there within a couple hours. From start to finish, A++. He coordinated all of the many subs, worked with the insurance adjuster as well as my dad's estate planning attorney. Hope I never need a disaster service again, but if I do, there will be only one phone number to call.

When we got water in our finished basement, I called RestorU and Andy and his crew responded immediately. They were at our place the same day and began restoration services right away. They checked in regularly during the carpet drying process and also did a great job replacing the damaged carpet pad and putting the cleaned and restored carpet back in place. We were extremely satisfied with their service!

The team at RestorU is fantastic. Highly knowledgeable, cost effective, and very timely. Their solutions are grounded in what is best for the homeowner and they are fierce advocates for you when it comes to dealing with outside contractors and insurance companies. I'd give 10 stars if that was an option!

We highly recommend Andy and the team with RestorU! We recently dealt with some water issues at our home, and are thankful for everyone at RestorU. Timely communication, great coordination, and even walked us through the home owners insurance process. Not to mention they were able to handle the repairs and get us back to functional as quickly as possible. For any restoration needs, we highly recommend Andy, Ed, and the rest of the RestorU team!

Had basement flood this morning due to a broken pipe. Called RestorU in Rib Mountain and Drew and his team arrived in about an hour fully equipped with the equipment needed. They did a great job and I recommend.
