My project was large and there were obstacles to overcome but I REALLY need folks to know that Luke McFarland (HVAC6) has done an outstanding job running this show. He cares about the quality of work that he does and that of his team. Beyond that, he is so kind and patient as he explains whatever I ask. Big changes make me uncomfortable but Luke was not phased by my need to hear the obvious things just as reassurance. REVISE: this is the fella you want to have training your future team leads. Give him a raise or whatever it takes to hold on to him. Also, his coworker, Robby Judson, was clearly the definition of right hand man. Things progressed much more smoothly in the days he was here with Luke. Cheers
