I just read recent reviews and Sue is the owner's wife. She answers the phone and if she doesn't want to talk to you because of her caller ID, she simply won't answer the phone. I used them too through my home warranty company. They put in a new furnace many years ago. After 1 year and 3 months I was told that my motor was on it's way out. Even though it was working just fine, over the winter when it was the coldest it would eventually go out and a new part would have to be ordered through the home warranty company and this could take days. They told me if I did it right then and there while it was still warm outside I wouldn't have to worry about it going out in the winter months. My baseboard heaters (a type of radiator) had started leaking at the pipes that connected one baseboard heater to the other. I called American Home Shield, who provided me with a claim number and then contacted Reynolds Heating & Cooling, and followed up with a text to me. Reynolds called me at 7:30am (5 hours after the claim was filed), set up an appointment window that afternoon and promised a call 30 minutes before the repair person would arrive. Jim, from Reynolds Heating, called slightly earlier than the appointment window and asked if he might come over sooner. After assessing my baseboard heater leak, Jim went for supplies, came back to my home and fixed the leak that day. A big disappointment. Please beware when choosing this company. My daughter called her warranty company because her air conditioner wasn't working properly. {At her inspection she was told both her units were at life expectancy} She asked the warranty co. if the technician could check the furnace too at the same visit to prevent paying a second fee. This was the only company they told her that would work on a condo unit. Really? The technician arrived never introduced himself, I only knew it was him by the words on his shirt. He was unaware of having to look at the furnace. He went outside for literally 5 minutes to check the air conditioning unit and came in and said, yes, it's working. I was given an excellent deal on a new furnace. Throughout the installation, I expected something to “come up” that would end up costing me more money. To my surprise, this did not occur!
