ServiceMaster is great to work with it's a local, family business and because of that they have a personal connection with us. With most large corporations you can get lost in the mix but with ServiceMaster this is not the case. They are there for us anytime we call or need something, and they are very easy to work with. It doesn't matter if it's everyday janitorial services or projects that take a few months to complete they take on the job and do very well completing them. Everything we've asked them to do they've been able to do, including things at the last minute. They've even done some things for us that you would never expect them to do, like delivering a plunger to us in 5 minutes when we had a small emergency because ours had disappeared. They have done carpet cleaning and other “heavy duty” cleaning for us, and always very professional and a job well done. During the pandemic, they were especially great with cleaning supplies and keeping everything disinfected and clean.
