Called for emergency service after hours when my furnace stopped running. The technician they sent out, Jeremiah(?), was courteous, professional, explained everything that was an issue, showed me how to do maintenance on cleaning my filters, as well as the preventative measures I need to take annually to keep everything running well. I want him next time I have service done!

Me and my family have now found our go-to HVAC company for the foreseeable future! The communication was excellent, prices affordable and the technician Justin was very knowledgeable. What we had expected to be a lengthy inspection process turned into a 30 minute visit with Justin quickly identifying the issue (faulty thermostat). I really recommended giving them a try.

tl;dr - 25 yrs and still going strong South Suburban Heating and Air (SSHA) installed the furnace and a/c when the house was built. We've counted on them since then, mainly for annual maintenance on the units. On the last a/c maintenance visit, they said that while the HVAC system is still in great shape, we might want to consider replacing and/or upgrading as both were 25 y/o (pics #1 and 2) I reached out to SSHA (Cathy is wonderful) and David M came to the house, looked over the HVAC (albeit nostalgically) and gave us quotes for good, better, and best systems. I have been with South Surburban Heating for years. Always great service. My service technician was very punctual , courteous and knowledgeable. His name is Justin. He was able to repair the issue & gave good information on what to do going forward.
