We’ve had such a great experience with this pest control company! Since they started servicing our home, the bugs inside the house and garage are gone, and we’re only seeing very few outside now. It’s made a huge difference. They’re super easy to communicate with, which makes scheduling and questions really simple. Plus, they always show up when they say they are going to which I really appreciate. If you want a pest control service that actually works and is easy to deal with, I definitely recommend them!

Reynolds Pest Control is awesome! We have used their services for years now, and our home and property have been pest free, even after adding chickens to our backyard! Their customer service is top notch. If I ever have a problem (like when wasps built a home in our kids’ play set) they have come immediately to take care of the issue. Their technicians are great and are always very respectful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I love that their technicians always make the effort to keep me informed of their timing in the day of treatment so that I can get the dog inside and be prepared. I truly appreciate the great service, professionalism and effectiveness I consistently receive from the Reynolds team!

Reynolds Pest has done a great job in servicing our property. They are affordable and knowledgeable. They came within a day or two of me contacting them and I have not seen any pests since they have serviced our home. They are also very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed. Not with the interactions with the team but in the outcome of their work. Last year there were so many wasps despite service from Reynolds that I honestly wondered what I was paying for. I was more effective on my own with a spray bottle of soapy water than any of the treatments Reynolds applied. As far as I could tell there was no attempt to locate and remove wasps nests. Perhaps that comes with a higher tier level of service. Or perhaps I should have called back and requested more help. I sort of expected the professionals to take the initiative. In any case, I don’t have bad feelings toward the team, but I do wish their work had been more effective.

We have used Reynolds pest control for about 3 years and they are great. We've had several different techs come and they are always polite and thorough. They can answer questions and take care of requests. A tech noticed that bugs flew out of the grass as he walked on it, so he sprayed and that has stopped. We appreciate that they see an issue and take care of it. We added the mosquito control this year. Reynolds pest control is professional and helpful and we highly recommend them.
