RFW Floor Covering

From start to finish, everyone here was great. From picking out new carpet to the final install, the process could not have gone better. We never felt pressured into anything. Everyone was patient and kind. We are very happy with our new carpet and look forward to working with them in the future.

RFW installed a patterned carpet on our stairs and upstairs hallway. Russ did an amazing job. It looks so good and we are very happy with the carpet and service we received. Highly recommend!

I've had Russ and his guys do numerous projects for my last two homes as well as for clients of mine as well. They have done multiple carpeting installs for us and a pretty big luxury vinyl plank install. Their customer service is top notch no matter who you're dealing with and they truly take their time to do installs the right way. They are meticulous about their work and it shows. It's always nice seeing Andrea in the store too. She is super nice, she is very good about keeping you updated with timelines and is very patient when you're not 100% sure what it is you're looking for. Service was great in the beginning. But once the project is done and there are issues they will not help. They installed thousands of dollars in my home. Some of the vinyl planks are breaking. Owner said the floor should have been installed different, but it was fine when he installed it. Owners also refuse to file a claim with the manufacturer per the manufacture instructions. Now I have a broken floor that cuts my feet. I do not recommend these people.

We had them carpet our entire upstairs and we are extremely pleased with the result. Bill was great to work with and the installers were very professional. Highly recommend and we will definitely use them on future projects.
