I can’t say enough good things about Bob and his crew. After our old boiler system crashed, they came out quickly and got us set up with a brand-new gas boiler fast and efficiently. They went above and beyond by bringing space heaters to keep our house warm and even helping us arrange temporary hot water while the install was being completed. That kind of service really shows they care about their customers. The new boiler looks amazing, saves us a ton of space, and works perfectly. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. I would definitely use them again and highly, highly recommend them.

So happy with their work! Generator piping. Communication was great in scheduling (and rescheduling due to 2’ of snow). Project looks great even though it was a little complicated (I live in a deck house). Arrived on time. Worked quickly and cleanly. Passed inspection without a hitch. Will use again.

Needed to have a leaky faucet fixed and called RH West. Bob was very friendly, punctual and efficient. He was very fairly priced and a local small business owner too. If I ever have more plumbing needs I will definitely go back!
