Rhino Concrete

Less than 1 year removed from a stamped concrete patio and I have three cracks from end to end. The patio is sloped to the house so water pools up against my house. Several e mails and promises to come back and check and nothing. I cannot say enough to stay as far away from this company as possible. Job timing is full of excuses and the craftsmanship is terrible. Went to an attorney and they informed me that there are several judgements against the business and owner already. Unfortunately for me I have to have the job done all over again and now I’ll have paid for a stamped concrete patio twice in 2 years. You might save a few dollars going with rhino in the beginning but you will pay way more in the end when you have to do the job again. Worst experience with a business EVER.

I had the same experience as the last poster. In short, he was a good salesperson, with experience. Since this is an outside front porch job, the weather had to be taken into account. The price seemed reasonable, though the contract was written by a lawyer with the business owner in mind. We contracted d for May 2025, but the job was started approx. 2 months later. Weather played a part but so did co-existing jobs in the area., OK, not a Big deal but not exactly what the contract was written for., The work was done professionally although meticulous care it was not. No attention to detail in reference to covering the landscaping bushes or rocks. I had to do that. It would have taken some tarps and an extra 10 minutes. Jim was very gregarious and helpful when he came to our home to do our garage floor resurfacing quote. He promised big things for a good price and seemed knowledgeable, so we hired him. I told him that one of our problems was standing water in a few areas in the garage. He said one of the things they do is even out the floor, 100% leading me to believe that the standing water would be fixed with the resurfacing. Everything was great UNTIL I contacted them about bubbles, cracks and some other deformities after less than 6 months. The standing water was still a problem with no change whatsoever. I want to mention that Jim was NOT one of the workers who came to do the floor--it was a couple of young 20ish year old guys. OK - now it's 2025 and Jim/Rhino still has my patio looking terrific! Great job (Again!) I've added the photo from this year too ________________________________________________________________ Jim made my 6 year old stamped-concrete patio look brand new again! Rhino had to reschedule the clean/seal job because of weather but kept me posted about when they could get the job done - and they finished it before my big July party as promised. They did a full garage floor job and concrete stairs for me a couple years ago and those turned out great too. I highly recommend Rhino Concrete.

We had Rhino finish our garage floor I. 2022. Had some problems with finish and respectfully tried to get them to schedule a repair. Owner emailed they would come when they were in the area. We patiently waited the. One day he said they were coming that day with zero prior notification. I was having 12 people over and said I would like to change it to another day. He immediately got nasty to me and said he was going to have to pay his crew and insisted he did tell be they were coming which is absolutely inaccurate! Lots of emails back and forth and I felt insulted with his attitude. It began April 29, 2025 and it is almost September. Very disappointing. I respect how challenging it is for a small business owner to run their company. I feel so disappointed I am not being spoke. To
