We needed a full roof replacement due to Hurricane Milton in October 2024, and Rhyne Restorations did the job once the insurance claim was settled in our favor. The job Rhyne and Jason Richard's team did was exceptional. They did the job in only two days, and it was a very big and steep roof. The workers were friendly and efficient and did everything right. They left the place around the house cleaner than it was before they started. I couldn't have asked for anything more or better than what they did. I give two thumbs up for Rhyne and Jason Richars and his team. Rhyne Restoration has been an answer to our prayers. In September 2024, our home was struck by lightening. As a result, our tile roof was damaged. We filed a claim with our insurance company. With the exception of 1 company, everyone that inspected our roof said we needed a complete replacement as the integrity of it was compromised. Insurance hired their own structural engineer and said a replacement was all that was needed. With the opinion of 3 Public Adjusters, we decided to challenge this decision. We hired a Public Adjuster, after 3 weeks nothing was done. We broke the contract and hired another one that was recommended by the roofing contractor we thought would replace our roof. October 9, 2024 Hurricane Milton made landfall in Florida and made its way to The Villages with some heavy winds. We were thankful and blessed to be safe. However, we did loose several shingles and did not realize the extent of the damage. We were then blessed again! Our neighbors had an appointment with Rhyne Roofing and sent them to us! That's when MaLisa and Jason Richard entered our lives! They immediately discovered we needed a new roof and from the first moment they handled the entire process. They are beyond outstanding with their work ethics but that's just the beginning. With them this experience has been a pleasure. We love our new roof. We had damage from golf balls hitting our roof and damaging our solar panels for pool. When we removed the solar panels it compromised our roof causing leaks and other damage. Rhyne Restoration fixed/reinforced problem areas and put on a beautiful new in just a couple of days. Jason and team were professional and quick to respond to any questions during the process.
