We got a new kitchen from them 3 years ago. A large drawer came out of the cabinet wall over a year ago and today the pull out trash can came out. They used 1/2 inch screws to hold the cabinets in and it’s barely enough. Not the same since Doug took over. Sub par materials used. Very unhappy.
Doug Roach runs a very professional operation. I always have a good experience dealing with Rich Maid.
