We would like to thank Richard Harris and his crew from Richard Harris and his crew from Richard’s Paving & Seal Coating for doing an amazing job on our driveway. We had struggled to travel down our over 1,500 foot long driveway since purchasing the property over 5 years ago. Rain constantly washed away any dirt we put down leaving a muddy impassable mess. You can tell Richard truly cares about his customers, by the care he took to give us the best possible result despite the poor soil conditions and lack of a stable base. We love the result! We highly recommend Richards Paving & Seal Coating to anyone needing this kind of service. If we could give a ten star rating, we would.

Richard's Paving and Sealcoating LLC was contracted by our HOA Board to sealcoat the roads within the Community. The contract was not shared with any Homeowners, so I cannot comment on it. However, as a Homeowner, I found the workers to be extremely quiet, respectful, and quite responsive to questions asked as they were handling the sealcoating. They were very diligent in marking off areas with cones, strings, and barriers. It was stated early on where one could walk on the pavement versus drive, even prior to any work beginning, so all Homeowners could make proper plans. Updates were given. Weather was a concern and actively monitored by the Owner. Even the trucks and all the vehicles used for this project were so well-tuned and virtually soundless, and I am someone who keeps windows open

We have a long driveway, about 500 feet. Richard's paving and seal coating did a beautiful job sealing the asphalt. Very clean, quality job, in a timely fashion and for a good price. Thank you so much Richard and son Harry!
