Richards Roofing

Richards gave excellent troubleshooting to a quirky problem. I got five estimates when I had a roof problem, and was replacing my flat roof, and only Richard’s took time to troubleshoot the issue. Start to finish communication was great, prices were very fair & comparable even though they offered so much more, They were accurate on time, and each person who showed up was excellent at their job. There didn’t seem to be a hierarchy, rather as a customer you were happy each person had the job they had. When there was a snafu in the middle (due to the quirky problem) They let me know immediately, and with some troubleshooting again the problem is resolved completely. They are the best of old-fashioned service. 10 stars !

The worst of the worst. Had multiple team memeber to come out to fix pervious team work. Owner is truly a horrible person to deal with. Walk away while you can.

Driving at least 50mph through our neighborhood on their phone today in Kirkwood… don’t get me wrong I speed too but can we not in neighborhoods… there’s people out playing and walking their dogs and you’re driving like a madman… speed limit is 15, do better.
