We hired RichCo to install a finished interior door in an entryway to one of our rooms to convert the room to a home office. In contrast to other door and window contractors we check with, RichCo provided staining and hardware services as well. Expedient install was a priority for us, so when the door vendor messed up the order for our door and set our timeline back three weeks, Japheth went above and beyond to ensure we received an equivalent quality replacement, even steaming out door ding defects from transport. Installation was quick and courteous, and we were happy with the final product. RichCo even returned the following week to help balance the door swing when we found the original doorway frame was not square. But Japheth showed up on time (the first time!), provided us a clear estimate range for repairing our roof leak (got us the estimate THAT DAY), scheduled the work within a week, and kept AMAZING communication with us the entire time. He also took a look at some other projects we have coming up (re-roofing the ADU and remodeling our upstairs bathroom) and provided us with a reasonable estimate for those projects. Japheth was great at accommodating my needs in a timely fashion. One of the things that tends to lack in the industry, but is much appreciated is high levels of communication.
