Richie Ballance Flooring has been doing all my work for 25 years and all their work has always been excellent. You can’t find better people to work with than Richie, Phyllis, Justin and their entire staff. All work has been done perfectly and they stand behind all their work. I recently replaced carpet in my den with hardwood. Richie Balance was wonderful to work with. He brought me samples to my house. TWICE!!! It helped to see the large samples in the room. Richie was very helpful in making the decision. He called to double check when the time was approaching for my job to make sure the date still worked. His installers were very professional and a delight to work with and have in my home …. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Richie Balance Flooring put Mohawk flooring on our list floor and stairs of our house. My wife and I did the 2nd floor ( 4 bedrooms hallways and closets) I did a lot of research, and watch a lot of videos. I can say without any hesitation that my wife and I did as good of a job or better then Richie Balance flooring. In the floors that they did they made, what multiple videos and expert stated are beginner mistakes. #1 cutting the tile so that they create a stairs look. This according to the experts is a big beginners mistake. #2. Having the same pattern tiles right next to or close to each other. Again expert state this is a big beginner mistake.
