I cannot say enough good things about Rich’s Modern Flooring. From start to finish, this was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The team is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. They took the time to walk me through every option, explained the pros and cons clearly, and helped me choose flooring that was perfect for my space and my budget no pressure, no upselling, just real expertise. The installation was flawless. On time, efficient, clean, and incredibly detailed. You can tell these people take pride in their work because the final result looks absolutely stunning better than I imagined. Every edge, seam, and transition is perfect. Happy enough with the install they did for our home (new construction). Grouting wasn't great in a few spots and a color spot on our kitchen has bugged me for years every time I vacuum. Called 3-4 times after we moved in to have them repair (what I would think would be quick) and each time promised someone would come, no one ever did. They definitely don't support their work (basic business) and seem to forget about you after the install. Bummer as we liked the purchasing process.

Bought our flooring and backsplash through Rich's and hired them to install floor. The guy they sent to install was complaining to other subcontractors at our house like he didn't want to do the job. We had tile pop up and grout chipping out. The grout was defective and would turn muddy when water got on it. Had to jump through hoops to have it replaced and the guy they sent to redo it missed a bunch of spots. 7 months later, and now we're still dealing with issues that no one seems to want to address or take responsibility for from this business. Reached out to one of the managers and he just doesn't want to deal with it. Would not recommend them!

Bought carpet for our basement at Rich’s with a bid to do the rest of our house. Returned a few months later to get the rest of our house done and they said the carpet was discontinued. They offered no solutions or willingness to help. We went to a different carpet store in town and they called the company and ordered swatches and found one that is so close of a match that it won’t be noticeable. Find a different business in town to work with!!!

Totally excellent service, products, and prices! I have been doing business with Rich's Flooring in Billings for several years on multiple properties. I have CONSISTENTLY been TOTALLY PLEASED. They do an excellent job. Their products, prices, and attitude toward me as a customer have always been great. And, I know others who really trust and value Rich's work, too.
