Rick Evans Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. Rick had written up an agreement for our company out in Fremont to do some plumbing & heating work. Our bathrooms currently have no water & our entire plant/office without heat. I explained this was a very time sensitive matter and they were ok with that. Here we are, a week later & he, along with the very rude lady in the office, will not return/answer my calls anymore. No communication has been made with our company since we've signed the agreement, whatsoever. When I just so happened to get his receptionist on the phone she was nothing but rude & went on to say they would "get to it when they get to it and I'd just have to deal with that". Poor service, poor communication. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I WOULD however recommend Wad

I've never wrote a review about any service or product before. However, I just had to, because I felt the service provided to me by rick evans was EXCELLENT. I called him when my well pump stopped working and he came out and quickly fixed the issue at minimal cost to me. I've have been nickeled and dimed in the past with others, so its nice to know I will get good quality work done at fair and honest price.

Our furnace went out late at night in freezing temps. We called Evans Heating the next morning. This was during Covid19. Mr.Evans showed up at door with mask on, and asked us to open the doors..totally practicing social distancing. He was very time conscious , and we were totally satisfied and relieved. We would definitely call his service again if needed and reccomed to anyone looking for service.. Evans was in middle of service call, but was able to be at our house as soon as he mfinished current call. During Covid-19 he showed up with mask on and requested we open doors.. totally practicin We we were very impressed. He needed to leave and get replacement part.

Evans Plumbing installed our industrial Air Conditioners at our company. His crew was very professional and the job was done quickly and cleanly. Highly recommended.

Nothing good to say at all. Made an appointment with me for a complete install in a brand new home. Never showed up. Never called.absolutely no contact with Rick. I would not recommend them to anyone, nor will I ever call them again
