The best property owner in kankakee county. His property upkeep and management is on point. They have empathy but still fair but firm!. His properties are well-kept, clean, his repair support is always on time and issues are dealt with. Not a slumlord!

Rick Jones has been around for probably 30 years and is a great guy. Very reasonable prices as well. I could not be happier with the work that he did for me!

The worst landlord I’ve had, nothing but problems with the house and its even more of a problem to have them come fix things and I get nothing but attitude when I call the office. I would never trust someone who can’t take care of THEIR houses or tenants do anything constructional to any of my properties, house redone inside very poorly and carelessly

They had us fill out the application and they had looked at our backrounds and said there would be no problem with our backround to sign us a lease, but the next day they refused to sign us a lease due to our backround.
