Ridgeline Floors & BATH

We had an amazing experience with Ridgeline on our shower remodel from start to finish. Hunter kicked things off by coming out and walking us through material options, making the whole selection process easy and stress-free. Then Brett came out to measure and double-check everything that was ordered. Truly a “measure twice, cut once” kind of guy, and we appreciated that attention to detail. Finally, Zach installed everything, and the workmanship is excellent. Even with two snow-related breaks in the middle of the project, the entire team was sensible, communicative, and safety-minded during the inclement weather. We hired Ridgeline specifically for the shower while my husband and I tackled the rest of the bathroom ourselves....and wow, was it worth it. The finished shower honestly feels

I chose Ridgeline to replace all of my upstairs flooring and to renovate the shower and tub area of my master bathroom. Everybody that participated in the project was top notch! Brett managed my project and coordinated the scheduling of the different teams that were working so that they wouldn't interfere with each other. The bathroom remodelers Jamie and Marcus put in a lot of hours and didn't hesitate to reach out to me whenever design questions cropped up. They worked very hard to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was happy with the outcome. Similarly, the flooring installers Andrew and Lucas worked quickly and meticulously to remove old carpet and install LVP for a refreshing look. I'm thrilled with the outcome and would do it again!

Ridgeline renovated our master bathroom, and did a GREAT job! Their crews were all fantastic, but Jamie and Marcus were the main crew, and they were amazing! Brett was the Project Manager, he communicated throughout the project, and was available to answer any questions . All crews showed up on time, were very efficient, and carefully cleaned up before they left. We are very happy with the results, I just wish Ridgeline had a painter that we could have contacted. After a long renovation, who wants to do the painting themselves? We also used Ridgeline 5 years ago to replace our hardwood floors throughout the entire house, and they did a fantastic job on the floors as well. Almost everyone who comes into our house compliments the floors.

My husband and I used Ridgeline for a complete remodel of our floors in our home before selling and they were amazing! They also installed our floors in our new house and everything from the customer service to the products delivered and installed, to the final products was a 10/10. Travis worked with us for several months while we went back and forth on weather we wanted to redo the floors. The patience and customer service displayed was top tier. The install teams did such incredible and detail oriented work that we truly could not be happier with the final products in either house.
