Riffle's Air & Heat

We have seen many good reviews about Riffles, and when it was coming about time to change our unit, we contacted several companies for estimates. Of the two with the best reputation, Riffles was over $2000 less for the same exact equipment. We wanted to wait till the end of summer if we could, but the old unit was like, no way! Riffles got us scheduled quickly, and our installers were polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterward. They didn’t even mind my husband, who is retired, looking over their shoulders!! LOL. Thanks Riffles, and if you need service, try them out! Ray and Matt, the installers, are amazing!!

Fan motor on my air conditioner died at 9 pm on a Sunday night when it was 27 degrees outside. l called Riffle’s at 11:00 pm. Matt was at my house at 9:30 AM and replaced the fan motor with out delay and at a reasonable price. Awesome service and price compared to the larger air conditioner repair services.

To the owner. Thank you for employing expert installers. Your guys gave me what I consider a perfect install. They cleaned up nicely when the job was completed. Your price was fair as I got 6 estimates before I hired you. Your receptionist was great. Answered all my questions and provided warranty info. Thx again for the cleanest install I have ever seen.

Riffles installed a mini split in my home over a year ago. They did a good job BUT they forgot one important detail. They failed to properly seal up the AC chase on the outside of the house to prevent pesky rodents from entering. The technician that came out took pictures and confirmed the oversight and immediately offered to pay for the exterminator to get rid of the rat. This indicated to me that they were going to stand by their work. Sadly, they did not. The exterminator came and found the rat but Riffles refused to pay for his services. Then I was informed by Brian that they are going to charge me to repair the air conditioner which malfunctioned because of their bad workmanship. Called for service on my Coleman mobile home AC package unit. Office staff very helpful. Unit was blowing lukewarm air. Summertime. Within a few hours of that day A service tech arrived. He was, very polite and user-friendly. Service tech diagnosed low on Freon. Did an excellent job servicing the unit. He cleaned the Condenser coils to make sure there was no dirt or dust blocking the coils. Even repaired a loose wire coming from the circuit breaker box. So happy I found an honest user friendly A/C company to service my AC unit. Would highly recommend…!
