I happened on to this local carpet place by accident and couldn't be happier! I discussed carpet options with a couple of staff people but also lucked out and was able to visit with the owner. He taught me so much about carpet pad and types of carpet. I explained where the carpet was going and my usage and he pointed me in a different direction for carpet choices. The crew assigned was top notch. The lead on my job has been with the company for over 20 years. Seams look great. The stairs look great. The overall job was very professionally done. I plan on returning to this business for new bedroom carpet later this year.

I can’t say enough about how much we have enjoyed working with Rigdon! We used them to install wood flooring on the first floor of our home and we are now using them again to replace some carpet and install wood flooring upstairs. Rigdon Floor Coverings were great from beginning to end. Sandy helped me select carpeting when I visited the showroom. She was available as soon as I walked in and zeroed in immediately on what I was looking for. Three days later, the owner, Bob, visited my house to take measurements and talk details of the install. This incredibly nice man answered all my extremely detailed questions with ease. Today, two weeks after initially visiting the showroom, my carpet is going in; two guys doing a hallway, two bedrooms, and three closets. They arrived five minutes early (perfect in my book), took a look and got to work. It took them just over three hours to install, which means I still have half a day off to setup and relax.
