Right Way Garage Doors

I had a great experience with the company. The sales rep/estimator was very knowledgeable, a former tech/installer who had been with the company from its start. He arrived in a van with samples of the various materials and the knowledge to make a quick and accurate assessment of repair work needed prior to installation. There was zero hard sell but focused listening and responsive and detailed information. The tech/installer was excellent as well. As a former finish carpenter I have a sharp eye. Tom, a 9 year veteran of the company, was fast, efficient, accurate and very tolerant of my questions. The installation was perfect and the result beyond expectations.

I was expecting a no fee quote. When I explain the issue with my garage door, the technician is puzzled at the intermittent operation, but gives me a quote for replacing the motor. Then he says some of the bolts need tightening and goes ahead and tightens them for me, and demands $50 for the work to ensure he does not get into trouble with his company. While I appreciate him fixing the bolts, he should have let me know that he would charge me for it. Not gonna use this company.

Alan and I were very happy with our technician Trenton. He was on time, friendly and professional. Although we were not able to have the garage door repaired today, he explained why and what it needed for the upcoming appointment he made for us next week. He really cares about providing excellent customer service!

Matt came out measured made some suggestions and gave me time to think about it, I called back for installation and Matt came out made necessary modifications took the time to explain to me what he had done and was doing and Why. Matt also got me in the same day and finish the job in a timely manner professionally and clean. Very happy with the service.

Excellent service! Came within 24 hrs. Tech did a very good assessment. Found the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Then reviewed with me a recommendation for the longevity of the mechanical parts of the door. Again at a very reasonable price which he completed very quickly.
