Mark arrived to pump my septic tank. He is super friendly and thorough. Does a great job. All around great guy, great service and very efficient.

Chris was great—super knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and very efficient. He made the whole septic pumping process easy and stress-free. I would absolutely use them again next time we need our tank pumped. Highly recommend!

Mark completed the job as expected. However, during his visit we had a medical emergency at the house. My sister fell and required medical assistance from paramedics and ambulance. In talking to Mark, he showed genuine concern and compassion for her which I did not expect from a complete stranger. His attitude was much more than just completing the job and getting out of there. I was impressed. Five Stars for Mark.

Rightway made it very easy to work with. They were able to schedule me next day and the price was great too. Chris was my technician and what an amazing guy. Took the time to explain everything about my system to me. Will be using them again in the future.

Chris, the tech that came out was friendly, communicative, and provided some helpful tips and recommendations about how to keep our system operating efficiently. Overall, I was very happy with Rightway and will likely call them first next time we need septic tank work.
