Our water heater went out. Rippelmeyer did their best to get the maker to honor the warranty. He then worked until almost 9pm on a Friday night to make sure we had hot water. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

My water heater went out, right before Thanksgiving. John was able to come over and repair the issues we were having. I seriously can't stress how pleased I am with their attentive service. They truly cared. I'll recommend them to anyone.

John showed up on his own time on his way home fixed the water heater and less than two days later brand new one was installed. Needless to say excellent customer service! High Quality and efficient! More people like John and the world would be a better place

I don't even know how to say how awesome Rippelmeyer Services is! John went above and beyond. Needed a water heater replaced, under warranty. John took care of everything with the water heater company. Took care of getting the new from the store. Explained everything through the whole process, which took a few days to deal with warranty. Absolutely fantastic service, explanation, timeliness. Cannot recommend and thank Rippelmeyer enough. A++

My 6 month old water heater was making a funny noise like a toilet tank filling, i heard it on my old one before i replaced it, that one was 12 yrs old, i thought it was a normal noise water heaters made when filling, but since this one was only a few months old the noise was louder than my old one i called the manufacturer, they walked me through some things on the phone, and then gave me # of local warranty provider, i called these guys got the receptionist, she scheduled me an appt, for the next day!!! yeah!! the gentleman called ahead, showed up on time, well i wasn't even really given a time, because i didn't care i was here all day, just wanted a rough estimate of time, they said after the job he is on now, thats when he called and said he was on his way, explained the difference
