Unfortunately, we had a leak behind the walls in our house...but fortunately we had the privilege of meeting Allen with Rise Restoration! He arrived for an estimate the same evening I called and was flexible with his schedule due to his urgency to get our house taken care of. He worked very hard and quick to remediate the mold found behind the walls and underneath the floors. His work was excellent and praised by the HVAC cleaning company who followed after him. His price was very fair and, on top of that, he was incredibly honest as he reduced the price after he completed the work as he determined the scope was less than his original estimate.
