Darren came out for yearly inspection and to service our HVAC system. Our family had been experiencing a lot of unexplained illnesses. While there, he discovered we had significant moisture and mold issues in our crawlspace and informed me that our system had been installed incorrectly by another contractor, which had greatly contributed to the problem.. After running some air and swab tests, he advised us as to what we needed to do in order to remedy the unhealthy and potentially dangerous situation.
