River City Flooring | Hardwood, Carpet, Tile Sales and Installation

We had a large portion of our flooring done by this company. They had plenty of selections and varieties and the payment options were flexible. The work turned out to be pretty good and it was done quickly. There are a couple of questionable spots in the floor but I have read up on how to correct the issues we experienced. These came months after the flooring was done so just be on the lookout for things like that and you probably need to do that with any flooring company you go with. I would visit them again if I was considering flooring options.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never left a bad review for any company, but I feel this is necessary to help others. A few years ago I called River City flooring because a friend had told me to. At first the service was great, but then I could NEVER get help from Bentley or the front desk. They sent a 3rd party contractor to my house to install my flooring which was a husband, wife, and CHILD. (Btw, they fired this family AFTER they destroyed my flooring and after over a year of me calling they never sent anybody to fix my floors). These “contractors” messed up my walls, installed the floors poorly, they literally came apart in 2 weeks, BROKE my brand new toilet and replaced it with a toilet they randomly had at their house, and smoked inside my house and threw butts all in my ya

Bentley at RIVER CITY FLOORING was so helpful and nice. He helped me choose a flooring that looks good and was in my price range. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and took care of everything for me. Flooring came in on time and the process went very smoothly. Bentley was wonderful to work with. He helped me pick out the floor I thought I wanted until they had started putting it down and then discovered it was not what I thought it would be. He exchanged the floor for some more and was so kind about everything. I love my new floor and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a remodel of any kind. Great company and people to work with.

When I ordered the flooring for my house I had the best customer service by Tony. Later I was told that Tony quit and that Bentley would be handling my order. From there the customer service was horrible. After being told for 3 days that Bentley would have my hardwood delivered, I had to go get my hardwood myself and load it myself. He then promised me that the tile I had paid for would be ready. It was not for days on end. When the carpet installers came, they drove over my freshly installed septic system. Then Bentley pressured me into signing the release saying the carpet was done before then transitions were finished stating that “we are under contract to complete the work” I have now been trying to get Bentley to give me a day when the transitions will be finished and he has not respo
