RiverRun Cabinetry

As a builder these cabinets are well made and we use them on all new construction as well as renovation projects. They are all plywood boxes with soft close doors and draws .the finish is perfect . The delivery sometime takes longer than anticipated.other wise I would definitely recommend these cabinets

Had issues. They were recommended by our general contractor as a line from their cabinet business. They were installed in July 2024. And by December 2024, the laminate was peeling off. RiverRun DID replace the base cabinets under warranty, did not replace the doors, but I can’t say I’d recommend them. We have found other issues since the top cabinets were replaced, such as the door panel pulling away from the frame. We also had delays with the original cabinet install because they received quite a few broken cabinets when they arrived. The color is pretty, but I’d say we will have to replace them all again in a few years which is unfortunate. Bought our kitchen cabinets from a third party and when we had issues with the etching rubbing off by the sink we were told they dropped the line and to reach out to the factory. We then were told there was no warranty and it was not for wet areas. They were sold as kitchen cabinets. Tried to get a paint pen to fix ourselves they sent us the wrong one and now will not return our calls. Our cabinets are only three years old. Hard to believe they won’t stand behind their cabinets.

I LOVE my RiverRun Cabinets! My husband and I often work in the office at the same time, so we needed to create two workstations in a relatively small space and not cost a fortune. Stay away! Low quality product and the company leadership will not stand behind the product and address the issues for customers. We purchased cabinets for kitchen remodel. We had to exchange 40% of the door panels because the edges were routed inconsistently, and had to exchange multiple times. Less than a year later, the panels crack where the hinges connect. The MDF quality is low as it is unable to sustain even light dents and scratches. MDF is supposed to be stronger due to its material density. When we asked why the drawer railing wiggles, we were told it’s intentional for the product to withstand transport. Not a great user experience for the end-user.
