Rizzo Electric

I called Rizzo Electric to come out and do an inspection on my electrical panel and dishwasher. I just purchased a home and during the home inspection, the inspector noted the dishwasher was leaking and the electrical panel had corrosion so he recommended having someone come out to provide an estimate for fixing those items once I actually take over ownership of the house. I explained this situation to Rizzo who said providing an estimate was no problem and they could do it that week. I was told that service calls had a $125 one time charge so it made more sense to pay $150 for the yearly membership since I was only requesting an estimate for this visit and would have to pay the $125 again once they came out to do the repairs so I agreed to join as a member and was charged $150. Have used Rizzo Electric several times now for large and small jobs. Service is always on point and prices are reasonable. We have called them for last minute needs twice now and they have been able to fulfill the job and arrive on time. Had an exceptional experience with Rizzo Electric will continue using them.

Had company come out to do a quote to get a new breaker box installed and the fitting installed on my meter to change from overhead lines to underground lines. It has been a month still no quote. Within that month, contacted company 5-10 times, they took my info and said a manager would be in contact. Of those times calling, like a week after someone came to look at my electrical a manager called me back once and assured me that this is being taken care of and I would have a quote emailed shortly. Never got a quote, and never spoke with a manager again. Paid $149 for a service call and didn’t even get service. Going with a different company and if any one asks me for an electrician I will tell them anyone but Rizzo.

Tom and Joe exceeded my expectations. They did great work on the lighting in my home, were very thorough and honest, and made suggestions I hadn't thought of. Not only that but their prices were reasonable too. I highly recommend Rizzo Electric and will use them again.

Had a service call by Chris of Rizzo Electric. A GFI bathroom plug was not working in the Master Bath. The plug in the guest bath was the primary source of power and the GFI was bad. Chris replaced the plug in what seemed like an instant. My niece said "uncle he sure was fast." Thanks Chris for the great service and the $10.00 discount.
