HVAC technicians were excellent polite professional very easy to talk too and most importantly very knowledgeable and honest..technicians checked everything in my AC system thoroughly found the problem fixed it and explained everything to me. AC unit is fixed and working like new.. I would highly recommend them if your having issues with your AC system new or old..

If I could give 10 Stars I would, because RJK and their team deserves more than 5. I have happily used their services for many years. It is a great feeling to know that you have an HVAC service you can depend on and trust, especially when something goes wrong. They are easy to set an appointment with and keep you updated on their arrival. Everyone from Will to the staff are all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They care about their customers and are very fair. I appreciate the team and know I can depend on them for my Air Conditioning and Heating services. Professional & Highly recommended My 30 year old furnace broke the week of 1/20/20 when temperatures dipped into the teens. Responsiveness and dependability was #1 with 2 young children. I went with RJK Mechanical's recommendation to correctly reduce the size of the furnace for even better operation, savings and efficiency. Other quotes didn’t even address the issue. RJK Mechanical also took the time to explain options available and benefits of the latest efficiencies and technologies. RJK Mechanical installed my new furnace the day after we agreed on the deal. That night everyone was very warm. The new furnace is way quieter too. I'm almost anxious to see the my utility bills.

I came to RJK wanting to replace my duplex's old oil boiler & radiator systems with modern mini-splits, which can do heating and cooling. Robert came by the property and provided the initial estimate, which was competitive with several other quotes I received. After a few weeks waiting for the supplies to ship (high efficiency Fujitsu Halcyon series units), Will and his crew arrived to begin installation. They were great - arrived promptly at 8am each morning, were clean with their work, and very communicative. My tenants and I love the new units, and I will be using RJK again if I require HVAC work. Glad to have found RJK - besides being super competent, courteous and professional, relative to getting in and getting the work done - what you’d expect from a contractor, they are also good communicators. When we’ve scheduled, they are on time - and when there’s been an instance when the prior job is running later than expected they call with an update. I was so impressed with them, being a commercial account that we started using them for our home. My experience in the last two years of using them you won’t be disappointed - they’re top notch.
