Roan & King installed a new tankless water heater and service valves in no time. John King was great, discussing the heaters they typically recommend and was open to alternatives, and the price quoted over the phone was accurate and reasonable. The plumbers did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one, including new pipes and service valves. Confident crew that knew what they’re doing from the start and didn’t have any hiccups or unforeseen added costs. Would recommend.

My kitchen faucet was spraying water everywhere. I thought I would have to replace the whole fixture seeing how it’s already over 16 years old. Roan and King plumbers came within a few hours and fixed what turned out to be a simple problem. No new parts needed and not much elbow grease. While at my house the guys were able to fix the water pressure in my powder room, too. They were quick, comprehensive, polite and didn’t even charge me because they didn’t need to use new parts or much labor. Stand up service. I highly recommend them.

Called and asked to have a water leak issue fixed on my water heater. Plumber looked at the water heater and noticed the issue was a copper pipe above water heater. Charged me $180 for the repair. A day later I noticed I still had water leaking from water heater, called the plumber back and when he arrived he told me the water heater needed to be replaced since the issue was internally. I asked for a refund or even a partial refund on the repair. Why did you repair the unit if it needed to be replaced anyways, seems like a waste of money. I should’ve just replaced it from the start and saved myself the 180$. Like dumping money trying to salvage a water heater that needed to be thrown out. If I call an expert to come fix my problem then he should evaluate the entire problem and explain what
