RLMJ Movers did an outstanding job with my recent move! Ronnie and his crew were on time, professional, polite, and incredibly careful with every item — not a single scratch or scuff anywhere. They handled heavy furniture with ease (including a stand-up desk that didn’t even need disassembly) and made a two-stop move completely stress-free. You can tell Ronnie’s been doing this for years — he’s true to his craft. I’ll definitely be using RLMJ Movers again and recommending them to family and friends. I should have known better when Mayra kept telling me 'Sunday is their normal day off.' I thought my appt time was 11:30am but in actuality 11:30am-1:30pm was the window they had to arrive. I was moving from a 1 bed (1023 sq ft) to a smaller 2 bed (952 sq ft). Furniture wise I have a queen mattress, curio, 'L' shape hydraulic desk with riser and boxes. Seems easy and quick. What had taken other movers 3-4hrs took them almost 7 and they broke my desk and damaged my wall AND didn't tell me I had to discover it. What I thought would have been no more than $500 ended up being over $800. And remember they are not responsible for damages. Super disappointed and can't recommend

Great experience with RLMJ Movers! The customer service was great, the movers were friendly, and all of my items were moved quickly and arrived at my destination perfectly intact. I definitely appreciated the thorough, informative onboarding and transparent pricing/procedure breakdown provided by Ms. Mayra, and the helpful walkthrough day-of and professional approach from Ronnie. Excellent service from start to finish! We reached out for a quote and the rest is history! We were met with a prompt response, on a Sunday evening no less. The office administrator was excellent, she covered very base that could be covered, from start times to what to expect and left nothing to wonder or worry about. The crew arrived as predicted, they were professional, honest, strong and efficient. We had two stops which were fairly priced. We would absolutely recommend and would certainly use them again. Excellent job!
