Quick, honest, and professional. When Charles arrived, I showed him the moisture issue I was seeing along the main stack. He inspected my roof vent pipes, clearly explained the issue, and addressed it during the same visit, for a fair price. He shared before-and-after photos and confirmed the shingles are in good shape with plenty of life left. No upselling, no unnecessary work—just straightforward problem-solving. Charles called ahead, arrived promptly, and was courteous and professional throughout. I’d happily recommend them.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new roof, and our roof was terrible, we needed new boards, soffiting, gutters, everything. The quality was fantastic, the workers were wonderful, Javier was wonderful, we would highly recommend them to anyone. I got a new roof and gutter screens. I'm very satisfied with the finished product. The crews worked all day and finished by cleaning up all the mess around my house. They were very professional and worked diligently. They had put down tarps to catch the debris while they were working! Charlie came by several times to make sure everything was going smoothly as planned. 5 stars on the work and 5 stars on the price. I would definitely recommend R.M. Banning for your new roof! R.M. Banning was very responsive to a request for removal of snow and ice from an area of our roof that was leaking. They came out to our home the same day we called for an emergency and then returned the next day and completed the roof repairs. Outstanding and excellent service at a reasonable price. We were very very pleased with their customer service.

Great/friendly service at an awesome price! We had R.M. Banning replace our skylight and sliding door flashing - they did a great job! And for the initial quote/consolation, Charles was highlighly knowledgeable, professional, and not at all pushy (which seems to be common in window replacement). Highly recommend!
