They leave a mess and they don’t clean up after themselves! They don’t even travel with a shop vac or plastic to contain the mess. They scuffed my walls all over, they don’t remove baseboards they just add to the original baseboards making it look extremely tacky and cheap. It was the cheapest look I’ve seen. Then they put cocking around the tubs and toilet like a 7 year old did it. I don’t believe this floor was installed properly at all. This place was nice until they touched it. They also totally chipped my wall. Horrible experience

Missed two appointments. Notified us within 5 minutes of one start time that they needed to reschedule. The second time they missed the four hour arrival window time. Arriving is the easiest part of the job and they can't even do that.

They did a great job on my parents floor! Sergio was very nice and well mannered. Will definitely work with them again.

Beware beware they will tell you they can do installations in a certain timeframe and you'll be waiting five days for the installations to be completed. I gave them a date that I needed installations to be completed by and on the day that they were supposed to be completed found out that it was going to take them two days then went from two days to five days.
