RNJ Asphalt Paving

We signed a contract with RNJ Paving at the end of July to have our driveway paved. They scheduled the project for today, yet no one ever showed up and we received no communication whatsoever. After I reached out, I was told they had completely forgotten we were on the schedule. They assured me they would call me back this morning, but never did. This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is extremely frustrating, especially after waiting weeks with a signed contract in place. Clear communication and reliability are the bare minimum a customer should expect, and unfortunately, RNJ Paving failed to deliver either. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

We had our driveway done and they did a great job. They communicated well when they were running behind due to weather and needed to reschedule. They got here when they said they would and finished in a great time frame. The driveway looks great! Thanks again!!

Problem #1 - Estimator did not show up to the first appointment or call to cancel. He was several hours late to the second appointment. Problem #2 - I assumed small cracks would be addressed before sealing. Failing to do so likely made the situation worse. It appears that following industry standards is not the standard. Problem #3 - I was assured that my new garage doors would be protected. Unfortunately, I came home to sealant splatter over both doors.

Nathan and Bobby made our 30 year old driveway look almost new. This is the second time that we have used RNJ Paving and no doubt we will call on them again when the need arises. Thanks guys!

Happy with our experience. Good customer service and price was reasonable. The driveway was completed in 1 day, even though they had to break up concrete.
