Too much favoritism & acting like little school girls with gossip!
Complete crap quality of a company.
Lack of communication.
Take my word for it!! This by far is the worst construction company to ever work with and for! Its handled by a owner who doesn't come around in the field as often as he should/is lied to by his superintendents, as the company has the worst reputation in land development by both its employees and competitors
